"Monmouth Kunes location doesn’t offer hardly anything to purchase a vehicle or trade in. They try to low ball you, and they’ll claim there’s a bunch of issues with your vehicle when there’s not. If you turn the offer down they give you, they’ll put the issues they claim is wrong even though they’re not into the computer. I recommend going to a different Kunes location."
"I went to look at a Grand Cherokee 6/2/23. Clint Bonar had me drive almost 2 hours one way to take a look at it. Everything on the Jeep said as is, yet there were no pictures posted online showing this. He sent me more pictures and neglected to show me this or even mention it. We weren't even out of the parking lot before the transmission/motor was acting up. After a block, he had me turn around and take it back. On top of this the a/c was blowing hot air. Would not recommend traveling very far to see a used vehicle."
