"If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Dr. Dickerson is the best pediatrician, especially for first time parents. She was highly recommended by my lactation consultant. We saw a couple of pediatricians before Dr. Dickerson, but were not convinced until we met her. She’s so thorough and patient with parents, and most importantly she’s very sweet to my son who is now 9 months old."

"Dr. Cassandra Dickerson is undoubtedly the top pediatrician in the Sugarland area, renowned for her profound knowledge and compassionate approach. Whether it's a routine check-up or a sick visit, she is unfailingly thorough. My son is under her care for past 5 years since we moved here and her warm and friendly manner always brings great comfort. Her office location is convenient and easy parking. Notably, during the onset of COVID, when my child developed a high fever in the middle of the night, Dr. Dickerson's response was exemplary. After contacting her nurse line, she returned my call at 1:30 AM, providing detailed advice and guidance on monitoring my child's condition. To my surprise, she followed up the next morning to check on his well-being. Even in instances where I've had to take my child to urgent care over the weekend, I make it a point to follow up with Dr. Dickerson during her next available office hours. This extra step ensures that my child receives her expert evaluation and care, which I deeply trust. Both my son and I have great admiration and appreciation for her as our trusted doctor. "To say we're frustrated is an understatement! While Dr. Dickerson has been a very nice and a welcoming doctor, her front office staff is not. We noticed a change in treatment when we went from an insured family to a self-pay method. Good quality care includes adequate customer service. I very rarely complain or write negative reviews, but the recent treatment warrants a 1 star review. They failed at appropriately resolving an issue regarding my children's annual checkup. Their resolution was to deny services and remove them off the schedule. Fine! I'll take my business somewhere else, especially more so if this pertains to the health of my children. I'm Angry!"
