He spent the time to answer questions and even demonstrated how to disassemble and rearrange the sactional! I’ve never felt so engaged while looking for furniture. We looked at buying a sactional online through the lovesac website and it ended up being overwhelming trying to choose all of the sides, back and bases that we were needing. We decided to go to the closest showroom to talk to someone and see everything in person . 30 minutes later, we had purchased the sactional and were walking back to our car. Justin answered all of our questions and disassembled the sactional and then showed us just how easy it was to put together. Couldn’t be happier with our experience!"
