"James has allowed tenants of his rental property to terrorize me in my home of 44yrs. He hasn't provided adequate fencing to contain the large aggressive breed dogs that are owned and uncared for by his tenants which resulted in the animals getting loose several times and the last time the unvaccinated loose dog came down the street and attacked me and killed one of the cats on my own porch with the owners son just standing in my neighbors yard watching and laughing,never attempted to help get their animal. When James was told he never responded to my request to file a claim on his insurance and never fixed the fence and continued to allow these animals to remain there once animal control returned it after it tested negative 10 days later. This is how my Thanksgiving morning started and then had to bury the kitty after all of that. James in my opinion is a slum lord and shouldn't be allowed to even own a parking space much less a rental property."
