"wait time has gotten out of control. i used to come here cause uou could get in and out in 15 min without leaving your car. Now you go and the docks are filled with all techs working on 1 car. Maybe they are training new techs? but for the price of the place i expect fast service. if i didnt mind waiting for 1 hr or 2 i would go to walmart and spend $30 instead of $100"
"Peru Illinois Take 5 is the BEST!! Very Friendly and Helpful Employees and Managers. Any issues I have with my vehicle, they are the first place I go to. They have convenient hours+ being open on Sundays is very important."
"They have 3 bays and typically 3 employees working. All 3 employees service a single vehicle one at a time. It is not fast or efficient. It’s convenient and I go because I never know when I’ll have availability to schedule an appointment elsewhere but it usually takes 1-1.5 hours from arrival to departure. It’s also ridiculously expensive. They charge $27 for a $13 air filter. The employees are very nice."
