"I don't even know why I would give this place one star. But I went into this location recently to get my windshield wipers replaced and no one even welcomed me in. I was just gawked at like a wild animal and rejected when I asked for help with my windshield wipers. I was willing to pay and tip for help with installation but was told no because of an 'insurance' policy even though they replaced my mother's wipers with no problem. Talk about feeling like a total idiot walking out of this place, not even an 'I'm sorry' or a 'thank you' for coming in. Just an awkward exchange in general, maybe hire some guys who know how to deliver good customer service to ALL guests. I'm a young woman and hate how I'm treated differently as some places like this, this is definitely one of those places. I am not car savvy and would like to think I could get a helping hand or at least suggestions when I go into an auto parts store. I had ZERO service here. I went to O' Reilly's next door and had no issue with getting good suggestions and help with installation."
