"We've been going here almost 6 months. Seen 4 different providers as well as our established provider. Scheduled same day if needed and every time we've come all of the staff from the schedulers, nurses, and providers have been absolutely WONDERFUL. Thank you all so much for the love, time, attention, and care you provide. It means the world to my family and I. We've never had to wait terribly long at all and again everyone has just been very attentive so I'm not sure what all of the negative reviews would be other than personal attitudes. Every visit we have had in almost 6 months we've always had fantastic care!"
"So far I do not understand the bad ratings. I came from a pediatric office that was so beyond rude and money hungry like you wouldn’t believe … so far I do not see that being the case here. Dr Mathai and Dr Chu are amazing (only two I have seen) the Nurses are always so sweet and friendly. The staff up front are professional and I like their friendly environment. I will say that wait times are longer that I expected to keep it real but I have also always seen this place packed. Maybe they should build more around the are to relive congestion here …"
"Lauren is the worst customer service representative. She's always giving me an attitude over the phone. Today was the 3rd time I called, and once again had a nasty attitude acting like she didn't want to be there. I enjoy Dr. Chu a lot, and hoping to bring my newborn here, but she needs to learn some manners and customer service skills."
"Been seeing Dr Nguyen for years and when she’s not available for a sick visit, the other doctors are just as good. We noticed since the pandemic it’s gotten harder to get in for a sick visit, but we normally telecall with their nurse unless we really need to come in. Most of the admin staff is good to work with but a couple times someone seemed overwhelmed."
"We were so lucky to have come across Dr. Chu! As a first time mom, I had so many questions about taking care of my infant. I've been going to her since my child was 2 days old (now 6 months), and at this point I don't know what I'd do without her. She is not just a knowledgeable doctor, but a great support as we've navigated parenthood - extremely patient with our questions, makes you feel like your child is her only patient, and provides SO much support to me as a mother. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Chu if you are ever searching for a pediatrician!"
