"I was referred to dr Jones by our pediatrician (shout out to the wonderful dr Paula Kruppstadt). I know dr Paula takes her referrals seriously and I am pleased with dr Jones. She seems to be functionally minded, very easy to talk to, and realistic with implementation per my child’s age. Staff is prompt, courteous, patient, accessible. My only hiccups so far is when we went to get our lab work done, apparently there was a specific draw and they could not do it. You had to go to a specific lab and I was not aware. My biggest beef is the membership situation. There are no advantages or incentives other than being a patient (using my insurance - paying that way as well). If the membership had some tangible incentives I could understand. It just looks like a revenue funnel and the patient gets the brunt of it."
"Dr. Jones is an answered prayer. My son has been seriously ill for over 2 1/2 years. We have seen over 50 doctors, including making a trip to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. Everyone “gave up” on treating my son, because his medical history is extensive and they felt he is too “complex”. When I felt completely hopeless, Dr. Jones agreed to see our son. Since we met her, she has been dedicated to figuring out what is going on and is willing to try treatments to see if they help. It’s heartbreaking having a seriously ill child, but Dr. Jones and her staff truly care about our son and are fully invested in his well being. I thank God for her daily. She’s on our team, and even though it’s a tough battle, she is helping us continue the fight. We love her!"
