"The ladies at the reception are very rude and mocking. My three children are patients at this clinic and I definitely do not recommend it and I have already started to change clinics."

"Dr. Batista has been my kids' pediatrician for about 7 years. She was amazing, and very thorough. Ever since covid, sick appointments are non-existent unless you want to wait a week or more. I was just called and told about appts tmrw that they cannot take my 3 siblings the same day for well child visits. Max of 2 siblings "because it takes too long" despite them each having their own appt time. It's a shame, but I now need to find a new pcp because I'm done with being referred to urgent care when they are sick and now they "don't have time" for 3 appts that have been scheduled for weeks."

"My daughter has been sick for 6 days with a fever, stomach pain and other symptoms the nurse line advised me to take her to the ER on day 4 and after a 10 hour wait at Texas children’s Hospital they just said she had a stomach bug or viral infection. I called on day 5 because symptoms were getting worse and nurse line advised me to see doctor next day. I ended up going to another pediatrician the next day because I needed a early appt and they diagnosed her with the flu and gave her 2 medications. Then I received a call from a assistant at this office and from what I understood Dr. Kuan said my daughter had the flu and she doesn’t need any antibiotics just Tylenol and rest. Yet another doctor did prescribe my daughter medication for treatment. I will not be returning here with my daughter."

"Shame I have been taking my two kids here since newborn stage. I went in today and apparently the appointment that the app had me scheduled for wasn’t even supposed to be scheduled. Then the lady at the front desk walks to the back pretending to ask someone if the appointment could still go on even though it not having to be scheduled in the first place. She then proceeded to tell me that they tried reaching me yesterday and today. I have no missed calls from both days. She then told and we have no insurance on file. Yea I know, I was ready to pay the $150. I wasted time, baby sitter money, gas money and I called off work for a mishap that could be easily solved if the calls were actually made when supposed too. Every time I go in they ask me to sign a paper with contact information yet they can’t seem to get my phone number correct. I get home and now the app is sending me a scheduling ticket for the same child set to be scheduled for a 24 month check up my son is well pass the 30 month mark. I will not be coming back to this TCP. So unprofessional and lack of communication with patients. This is also not the first mishap I had with this location. DONT GO HERE."

"My daughter has been with Dr. Batista since she was a newborn back in 2016. Dr. Batista is very caring and takes her time to explain everything to you. She is very thorough and addresses all concerns you may have."
