"I am not so confident in Ms. Gilbert and her advice. I was referred here by my child's pediatrician because my child has not had a BM since early June. It is now September and this nurse practitioner refuses to order an ultrasound, MRI, x ray, anything that we request done to get a better look at the issue. He just had his second appointment and she claims he has a milk allergy and needs physical therapy and wants me to bring him back in FOUR WEEKS if he still hasn't had a BM after making changes. My child is miserable and I cannot believe she is recommending letting the problem persist this long. I would like this NP to think about how she would feel going on 3 months without a full BM. I am cancelling future appointments with this clinic and going somewhere else to get my son actual help. Ontop of these issues she has had terrible bedside manner with my mom during a previous appointment and talks to us like we are stupid and know nothing about my child's routines."
