"While we highly appreciate Dr. Pak for her exceptional care, the administrative aspects of the clinic are less satisfactory. It's common to face extended wait times well beyond our scheduled appointment, reflecting a lack of reciprocal respect for patients' or their parents time. Additionally, when seeking a timely appointment for my daughter's ear infection this afternoon, we were unable to secure a same-day visit, understandably due to the late hour. However, instead of allowing us to schedule for the next day they made it needlessly inconvenient, requiring us to call back the following morning. Surprisingly, they suggested urgent care as a more timely alternative. This approach seems counterproductive, suggesting a lack of concern (by the office staff) for the clinic's success and customer satisfaction. In summary, while the medical care is commendable, the business operations appear inefficient and somewhat indifferent to patient needs. Like a business that doesn’t like being in business!"
"We absolutely love seeing Dr. Hill. She’s amazing with my two littles, is extremely knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer all my questions (big & small). This makes going to a doctor’s office an enjoyable experience for our entire family. We are very grateful for her!!"
"Do not recommend going here. Clueless doctor that tell us the same answer every time for every issue we had in the past 2.5. All they do is tell us to keep monitoring our kids and go to Walgreen and buy over the counter medicine. I can google and find out more about my own kids symptom then they can answer. We made the switch to a different doctor and wow, they figure out all of our symptoms immediately. Doctors nowadays aren't the same like back then. Magnolia lane Pediatric is the way to go"
"I’ve had a good experience since the moment I call in with questions before I decided to make appointments . The staff is kind and patient. We have seen 2 different doctors here and the wellness and sick visits have been very thorough. Couple of reasons I don’t give it 5 stars : no separate sick waiting area , and it’s on the 4th floor when you have multiple kids that’s not convenient. (Parking is also a mission but they do have complimentary valet parking so arrive with time )"
