"I wrote this Arby’s off as bad service a few years ago, but decided to give it another shot, I was very pleased I did so. The lady at the window on 11/1 at 4pm was so sweet. She explained everything about the new sandwich for me and was super nice about me splitting the bill. I believe her name was Kylene as my receipt says. Food was quick and hot. Only thing I would complain about, is nothing this store can control, but over $2 for a slider that is just a nugget is a bit much. But everything under this crews control is perfect."
"On 10/20/23 Shawn the assistant manager and his crew did an excellent job. The entire crew there was completely amazing. That group shows why team work is so important all hard working and completely professional."
"The customer service at this Arby's is always super friendly. I swing through the drive thru at varied times of the day, and I'm always greeted with friendliness, which is always nice. Plus, I feel like this location always makes my food with love. Idk, I just feel like, compared to other locations, this Arby's gets my order right 10/10 times. It's just an overall pleasant fast food experience, and these days, it's one of the few fast food options that I really enjoy."
"Our Arby's sandwich didn't have any Arby's sauce and it barely has any meat! For Arby's "having the meats" it was pretty sad. All I tasted was bread and cheese up until the last couple bites. Service wasn't terrible, but the employees seemed distracted by something that seemed to be pretty funny by the way she was giggling over the speaker. Outside was a bit dirty with trash, but I guess I have seen worse...Not sure if I'd visit again to be honest."
