"Placed order for delivery 1/19 6:30pm, 45 min later order tracker only showed order received. I called the store and was told there are four deliveries before mine with only one driver, it would be another 30 min- an hour( freaky fast¿ ). Asked employee on the phone if we could pick up order and was told that because we left a tip the order would have to be voided, refunded in 7-10 days, and that we would have to go back on our phone and place our order again. Very unsatisfying experience, I understand that you were busy but the offered solution was a bigger inconvenience than it could of been.. it also would of been nice to have been notified of the delay. Ended up going elsewhere for dinner due to the poor experience."
"This place is about as typical a Jimmy John's as one can get. The interior is clean and has all the normal accoutrements to be expected on the walls. I'll never tire of "Bread so French it must be liberated!", in particular. This location is fine, it's just slowed down in recent years. I sometimes get my typical order, a slim #5 and chips, and yet will wait as long as 10 minutes occasionally. That's a ten minute wait for a sandwich that requires someone to slice the bread, put a premade serving of meat and cheese inside the bread, then wrap and bag the sandwich. Still good food though, even if it isn't "freaky fast" anymore."
