"I asked for a double cheese burger combo medium fries. I should check before I arrived at the office, I found out it was a double quarter lb. Do notnget mebwrong pretty good, hamburger. But nut a good grade in ordering it. Sincerely Ed Hildebrand Commander of AMERICAN LEGION POST 26"

"Customer service has never been an issue at this location but my order is ALWAYS wrong. I’m always ready to wait an additional 20-30minutes for my food (even when there’s only one or two people in line). Plus, my fries are almost always served cold and my burger condiments are all over the outside of the burger. After one too many chances and a waste of money, we will find another location."

"Normally I get good service here unfortunately a lady cut in front of me in line. I order on the app and pay for my food before I get to the restaurant. They tried to give the women my receipt and then processed to give her my food at the next window. She was yelling at them finally they open the window and she shoves the bag and drink back at them and they prepare her oder. When I pull up the guy asks if I had certain items that were not mine and I told him what I had and I mentioned I will not accept what the lady who rudely pulled in front of me pushed back at him. His response rudley was you can pull ahead and wait a half hour for your food. I asked for the manager. Mary who was very busy took care of everything and apologized and even brought the fresh food out herself. She doesn't need rude employees working for her."

"I order here like once a week and have missing food from my order 1/3 of the time. Just got back from an almost 20 minute wait in the drive thru for my mobile order, just to get home and be missing half of my order. Cool."

"I do not recommend this location very poor customer service, atmosphere is poor, lack of care and concern, multiple teenage employees 5 to 6 stood around the outside of the counter. Customers were ignored while all employees congregated and waited for food. The manager would not make eye contact with customers at counter intentionally to make it seem as if he did not see them, the employees cut between me and another customer as they walked by multiple times none of the times did they say excuse me I guess that manners are not a thing for this generation. Also my assumption is that if this page is monitored the same way they monitor their employees and their store that it will go unresponsive by management There is one employee there that does a great job. She is a smaller white girl who is always very kind and tries to make sure that the workers notice people. But unfortunately she is only one person and so it seems that she goes ignored this a poor experience of a store Corporate definitely does not visit enough. These people definitely do not seem to care about customers. I stood there at the counter for over 10 minutes with zero interaction or response from staff or management. How sad. Customer experience is definitely a dead thing. Nobody cares any longer. There’s no more smiles no more happy greetings no more making people feel like they’re welcome and appreciated for their business. I may only be one individual but if these visits are consistent for other people as it was for me, I can assure you that this location will continue to lose customers. Though this may not be of any concern to the employees, or even to management, I can certainly assure you that it will matter to the franchise owner when it starts happening. It is unfortunate that you cannot find quality individuals to employ."
