"This particular location in Rock Falls was disgusting, the men's room had urine all over the floors around the urinal and toilet. Paper trash everywhere, the sink only had a trickle of water, no pressure at all, no exaggeration. My wife said the women's restroom was the same for water pressure, it was an absolute mess with tampon wrappers on the floor as well as a used tampon near the toilet. There was only one cashier and one cook working so it wasn't like they could clean, seems like they were short of staff, I mentioned the appalling conditions to the cashier and he mentioned that the person that just clocked out was the one who was supposed to clean the bathrooms before they left. I'm used to small-town Casey's in Iowa and they are typically way better than this. I know where we are *not* stopping again when we are driving through the area."
"Ordered food to be done at 11:45, I got there 20 minutes late at 12:05 the food hadn't even been started. Maybe if the employees stopped smoking so much reefer and actually worked, the place would be nice and convenient. Get it together, it's sad."
