"Previous experience in regards to having someone come out and service our dryer. Customer Service? What Customer Service?They couldn't even give us an estimated time for when they could get someone out to check it out. They would just call us at some unknown point to schedule an appointment when a tech was in our area. TWO weeks later they called. This time our Fridge was on the fritz, so we thought we would give them another try. I called to see about getting someone out to fix it. Thinking that a fridge may be a reasonable time frame (wouldn't want to lose all the food in it) Yet again customer service states they will have someone call us again giving no distinct time frame. I asked can you at least tell me if we're talking two days or two weeks. Lady whom I spoke with refused said it wasn't possible to give any kind of time frame. At this point I will happily pay more for a reputable business that values their customer and actually offers customer service. Would not recommend Farleys to anyone unless you have time to sit around and wait and hope they call you at some point in the future to make an appointment."
