"The dress selection was nice, and we walked away with a gorgeous homecoming dress, but the service could've been much better. The girls working were not very helpful or friendly. They seemed put off, and brash with the customers. For what I paid for my daughters dress, I would have hoped for a more positive experience. Customer service skills were certainly lacking."
"We ordered our bridesmaid dresses in early January, five to size as they were measured by the staff and one two sizes too large as she had just had a child. Each time we inquired about the delivery of the dresses (as they were late) the staff members gave us different timeframes depending on who called. Once they finally arrived we discovered that as Little Black Dress had gone through a brand new dress vendor the sizing was different so all of the dresses were too small; and remember five members had exact measurements. With four weeks to the wedding. I would not recommend this establishment to any bridal party looking to purchase; even if the tux rentals are discounted and they throw in free invitations. Save yourself the headache."
"Nice place and quite a few dresses to choose from, the dressing rooms nice and workers are awesome, just couldn't find the right one for us. They can order different sizes if you find a prom/ homecoming dress but not the right size."
"We went in there to go prom dress shopping. Despite the beautiful dresses, the workers downright ignored us when we came in. There was no help and no explanation of how the sizing went. When a worker came and offered help, she acted as if we were bothering her."
