"I’ve had only pleasant experiences here so far. I moved in December 2023. Today one of the maintenance guys, Ariel, came by to fix the dishwasher which wasn’t working for some reason. He was polite and got the issue fixed super quickly."
"Hello, I currently live here, moved in Nov. 2023. I have to say these apartments are very brand new. Beautiful pool area, gym, Internet sitting area very quiet, and the layout was constructed very well. Parking is very spacious, if you need a garage there's plenty of them. Very peaceful, nice neighbors and the office staff are wonderful. They attend to you quickly, Ariel one of the maint -personnel is a very handy & knowledgeable guy. I highly recommend if you're looking for a new fresh start in a great area, The Verge at Summer Park is where you belong. I've experienced the winter here warm & cozy, now I am ready for the summer so I can enjoy the pool area."
