"I'm looking at these negative reviews and simply don't understand. I can only speak for myself and I am absolutely happy to be here. I had a horrible experience at my last apartment and as a single mother who works full time I am so relieved that I get to come home to my apartment. I just spoke to Kaitlynn who consistently has a wonderful demeanor and is very easy to talk to. I have had a couple issues here and there but nothing that they did not respond quickly to (I am referring to maintenance issues) . The gate was under repair for a long while but was always receiving updates. And as for my call today, Kaitlynn was amazing in calming my fears. don't believe in perfection. I believe in professionalism and accountability. This complex hasn't made a mistake with me but no doubt they have addressed any concerns I've ever had."
