"I have been at Cadillac lofts for 10 months and I absolutely love it here. The location is perfect and you can get mostly anywhere in the city in about 15-20 mins. Fiesta parades are so much fun and literally go down the street we have are on you can watch from your windows or go downstairs and join the party. The staff is also amazing and so friendly. Megan helped me get into a smaller unit after a failed relationship and I’m so grateful for that!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! My husband and I have never experienced an apartment complex so ruthless with unnecessary fees! First of all, they decided to paint all the floors, and upon moving will charge YOU for damages, when of course paint chips. They call it luxury living when it’s all just drywall, and you can hear your neighbors sneeze and argue. My scooter got stolen because their “secured” gate was not functioning for a week or more and transients nearby could access the parking lot. On top of that, their security cameras were not working. It’s super easy for non-residents to gain access and I’ve even experienced them sleeping on indoor furniture. Roaches are present and you cannot reach them because the ceilings are 20ft high so I hope you feel comfortable sleeping with them! We had to relocate, not by our choice,but because of my husbands job and then after already taking $2900 for the breaking of lease are still charging us with $500 for the remaining of the month( we had already moved out) and now are trying to charge us $400 for damages, including damage to the floor which is inevitable because they painted it! We also experienced another tenant from a floor above discarding all their cigarettes butts on our patio and management responded with “ give us time”. They also do not maintain pool area so we never used it. This place is ridiculous and should not treat their tenants like this. We were excellent tenants and these extra fees surprised us! They are just out to extort people! DO NOT MOVE HERE!"

"Had a lovely 2 years living here. Staff has all been super wonderful, especially Tim Casanova the property manager. Mostly quiet building with mostly young professionals. Would definitely recommend living here for single professionals or couples with no kids/small pets. No pests. No issues. Love the neighborhood too; really nice short walk to the river walk with your dog should you care to, and super close to anywhere you’d want to be."
