"Stay far away from this place! We have been dealing with a really bad leak since we moved in nearly a year ago! Whenever the upstairs apartment take showers (everyday) or wash their clothes we get tons of water everywhere in our apartment! My grandmother has fallen twice!!! They either can’t fix it or won’t. They just clean the water up and act as if they done something!! Here is a picture of a hole in the wall from my grandmother falling!!"
"These 5 stars are for the maintenance guy JOSE!. Such a hard working man. What's crazy is that he is all by himself. Manages to get things done rain or shine. Very polite and professional always has a smile on his face."
