"I lived here for 2 years and never saw a roach. I never had a problem with management. They were actually pretty nice. Never had a problem. I moved because I had a stroke so I went back to Edinburg tx."

"I visited these apartments to see what the fuss was about and I see now! These apartments are so poorly managed! The photos that are on the website are deceiving, they are not all renovated! I will be contacting the owner and the better business bureau! I would not pay anything over $400 for these apartments. It’s unfortunate with this community being so small and not having other choices of places to live."

"Solid place to live if you want to the small town vibe but in an apartment. Only thing is that the mail box situation sucks, and roaches occur from time to time as well. Also no in house laundry which is unfortunate when you are poor like me. RIP"

"I would highly recommend these apartments if you’re looking for one. They have routine pest control, very spacious rooms and friendly workers. Management is very nice and caring. If there is a problem with the apartment, maintenance workers will come as soon as possible and will keep working to resolve the problem. The apartments are very clean. Good parking options. I have l lived her for almost a year now and had no big problems. I love how it’s walking distance to parks, schools and stores. Fairly quiet area which is plus for me with my newborn and toddler. Swimming pool is always cleaned and checked on which is also another plus for me."

"We lived here for 9 years. Always paid rent on time, never really any issues with us as tentants. We decided to go because the roach problem was becoming out of control. After the no water situation, the fire, the mice, and the roaches...it was just too much. I am on dialysis and I need cleaner living conditions. When roaches start crawling on you and your kids it's a serious issue. Mangement tried to say they never heard of the issue. How can we report an issue when the only time anyone is there is for a split second to collect rent and any other time they are out "walking the property". Any time we reported anything to Leslie she brushed it off. Managment changed so much it was too hard to keep up anything. No one can deal with the owner who is just a human scumbag. Since the flood we have had no manager to report anything to. Please avoid this place. STAY AWAY! I am ashamed I stayed as long as I did!"
