"Wow! I moved back to Wharton and checked out Briar Pointe because a friend said they did some updated and they really did a nice job. I went for an application and I agree. I love the gray walls and the bright white ceiling and baseboards. Good job!! I cant wait to get all moved in."
"The property has had some nice updates. There is 2 tone paint and wood look flooring inside as they are made ready to move in. The outside pint was updated. 2 pools were resurfaced and painted. And I hear there are more updates to come."
"Great service, amazing staff. The property is looking great! You can actually walk outside and not be worried about people hanging around watching you. I definitely recommend these apartments."
"I never had a problem. I worked there in Wharton for 2 years with Zachry down the street and these were the cheapest apartments around, they even have a curfew. About the roaches they sprayed outside and inside and the problem was solved. Be thankful you had a cheap place to stay and Karina and maintance guy do everything they can as soon as possible.."
"If i could give a negative star i most definitely would!I think i stayed here for almost 2 years it was horrible! Half the time i had NO a/c and maintenance had no idea what they where doing half the time.The pool was never cleaned properly and was ALWAYS green and slimy! I talked to the property manager once when i hadn't had a/c for a month and she didn't do anything to fix the situation and hung up in my face. This place is never clean and customer service is NOT their first priority. All in all WORST place to live! JUST DONT DO IT!"
