"going on my second year of me living here. i don’t have any super bad complaints but there is a major one that needs to be dealt with properly. EVERYTIME it rains it floods, literally. and it doesn’t matter how much rain either. they finally installed a drain on one side which is actually pretty useless because it still floods & the drain gets so clogged with un racked leaves, grass, and acorns. but the other side closer to the swimming pool omg. haven’t been able to walk by there in days. everyday mine and my children's feet are soaked in water. you can’t even walk on the side walk because of the flooding and a lot of it is uneven. it’s ridiculous"

"I’ve been here for 8 months now and Karina and Gisselle have been so helpful. They have been informative in regards to events and safety, keep us posted on weather safety even. Never had that experience with an apartment complex. Definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed at. The maintenance team is very attentive as well with concerns."

"THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! I have several years of multifamily operations experience and the way this place is being ran is WRONG! My family member has had the same issue with their AC OVER five times and they only do band aid fixes! They have even admitted to them that to replace/correctly repair this unit is "too expensive"! From what I am gathering is they are trying to prolong this since "cooler" weather is on its way so it will get them off the hook but this is not right! They have a newborn and two other kids in the house and this not only affects them but it is also causing the electric bill to be over a normal amount! They take forever to even return calls/text and emails. I am now looking to help them find legal help because it has become that bad! They have all the proof to back up what has/has NOT been done! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! There are other affordable places you can go do not settle!"

"First I want to say that I like that they keep very good communication with office staff. They make it convenient and make sure to make sure they get back to you timely. They are very diligent in making sure your needs are met the best they can. Very understanding when situations arise. Grounds are always kept clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. They also are family oriented and make sure to keep the premises safe for my children. I don’t feel scared to let my kids play outside or walk around. I appreciate the time they take and things they do for our apartment community. I have been here for 2+ years and don’t have any plans on leaving anytime soon."
