"best place to live. staff is wonderful. it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. I lived here in 2018-2019, had to move for work. I have now retired and choose to come back to these apartments. they are the best! I am happy to be back. I would like to add how good maintenance is at keeping the grounds well maintained and clean. I never have a bug problem."

"I have not had many issues as far as maintenance goes but the ones I have had the response very fast. Within 2 days. Got it right the first and never had to come back for the same. Great place to live. Very quiet. Ladies in the office are great!!!"

"I have lived here for one year and I'm renewing my lease because their service and promptness on repairs is next to instantaneous. I am renewing my lease for another year because the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient, the grounds are consistently tidy, well manicured, and a place that I am proud for my relatives to come and see. The location gives very quick access to the freeway, shopping, and to the mall. There is also quick access up highway 59 to sugar Land and all places north. On top of all that I find that the residents are friendly and there is a good family atmosphere on the property. Thank you staff. I look forward to another year in this place, Bayou Bend apartments, that I call home."
