Willowchase Apartments

"I know since Ms. Melinda has been helping here at Willowchase it's been such a big difference!! What I mean by that is. She's super sweet and has been getting things done. She has a maintenance man who does his job and even something the maintenance man from Green Manor will help with work orders. I wish Ms. Melinda could be the manager here at Willowchase. Not only myself see the difference but other tenants as well. We have been talking about how Ms. Melinda and the new maintenance guy been walking around checking on the property too. I don't know who see the reviews from the company, but you all should let Ms. Melinda run Willowchase and Green Manor if she could. This lady is a women of her word. The smallest things do count. She even got us new mailbox keys we been trying to get for almost a year now. I like her personality. PLEASE KEEP MS. MELINDA here to get things done like she has been doing!! Grate person to have for your company."

"Never in my life should I have moved here. They want fix anything, they can't keep maintenance people, they slow at getting repairs done, they quick to say eviction if rent not in on the 1st, late after the 3rd. They have started to tow an don't have tentants to fill the parking space. Yes it's roach infected, molded I hate I moved here. I moved from one apartment to another due to their not repairing anything an it's the same problem in the other apartment, they refuse to let me go back to the one they remodeled. It's just sad. All the tentants are compaining, but their is nothin we can do. No help no wear in site. Getting a petition wrote up an will present it to higher authorities."

"The worst place ever!! You can pay your rent on time and do all the necessary paperwork. Still don't get your deposit back??? The place is filled with roaches, mildew and the police there everyday because something is always going down. I would never recommend this place to anyone."
