"Made online orders 2 days in a row the first day my order was altered to have no extras on the sandwiches and the patties were in pieces we called to ask about it they basically said it is what it is. The following day they outright canceled all of the food on our order except the fries that were recieved via reward points"
"Only use drive thru. Frisco burger and a mushroom and Swiss, can't mess that up although Eagan, mn only put 1bacon slice on my Frisco. So if you want to know about interior I'm not your man."
"We weren't happy. The burgers were cold, the cheese not melted, and the large fries had about the same amount as the small fries albeit different size boxes. The tables weren't wiped down (it wasn't very busy) and they couldn't even bring our food over to our table but yet could run someones order out to them who ordered at the drive thru. I realize it's a fast food restaurant but it was rather expensive for fast food and I expect to get what I pay for."
"I got big toast beef sandwich and the 2.99char double cheeseburger. 1st cold kinda rude for especially delayed customer service invitation at front counter to order, I brought wrong coupon by accident so i used different one i had in wallet to try actually fill my belly under 10$ but of couse still went over but closest food place to me in blizzard. Anyways the Food was really lacking Hardee's signature the roast beef had 1/4 was right thickness Other 3/4 of roast beef was pretty thick which oddly changes the taste drastically surprisingly as former Arby's 3-4yrs experianced previous employee. The char double cheeseburger was kinda crispy around edge of half like it had been sitting a whole and reheated..tried calling but just kept ringing"
"This is what a "loaded" omelette biscuit looks like. You'd think for a $9 meal there would be more than a couple pieces of ham and bacon in there, not to mention it looked like someone hit it with a hammer when I opened it up. Another case of overpriced fast food with low quality effort"
