"The apartments are trash Dumpsters overflowing due to lack of payment. Management is horrible. (Daniella) Maintenance marks work orders as finished when they never came by. One tried to steal our grill when they were allowed at the time. They took it then brought it back after being caught by a neighbor. I moved out the end of 2022 Mold inside the walls from leaks that were never repaired. Half done jobs . Definitely do not recommend especially for the price now I was being charged 200+ for water We were hardly home! I moved to a house and pay less than half of that now."

"Do Not! I repeat do not rent or sign a lease. Daniela and Dulce like to steal your money any way they can. Thank goodness we decided not to renew our lease. They had added unnecessary charges to the new lease. For instance… $45 for a wrap around porch! When I’ve been here for 3 yrs in the same unit! $30 for scenic view just to look out my sliding doors. They have got to be kidding me!!!! They do not refund any money what so ever! So be prepared to lose your deposits! They over charge on transfer fee, admin fee, app fee… and many more charges. And the maintenance will not stay, they keep leaving and things stay un worked. There is only 2 maintenance workers on the property and it takes weeks before they get around to your apartment. I agree with the last person who posted a review about Daniela and Dulce, they ought to be sent to jail for stealing!!!"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The managers Dulce and Daniella are rude, deceitful and immature. They knowingly put their tenants in the worst positions. Packages have been stolen out of mailboxes and they didn’t even stop USPS from placing packages in the mailbox and refuse to let them leave them in the office. They also refuse to accommodate anyone. They over charge for deposit, first and last month rent, application fee, background check fee, processing fee, and management fees. That’s thousands of dollars. If you’re not approved for any small reason like you still have a lease for a week because you’re literally moving and even have multiple a letters from your apartment saying you’re a great tenant. They don’t care then they deny you and keep all your money! They wouldn’t give it back! It’s literally stealing! They don’t have any contact for anyone higher than the 2 awful managers so they don’t care what they do to tenants or clients. Don’t associate with this apartment. These people should be in jail for stealing from people like this."
