"If I could give this place a zero star I would. I lived here for 6 years it was my first ever apartment they have rats galore and roaches there was crime and shootings almost every night the cops even said they wouldn't come to this apartments without atleast another officer with them. The office management was horrible they got rid of the good employee ms. Ivy she was the best. Tina always had the attitude never wanted to help and isadora it took forever to call back the plumbing was always breaking my ac went out multiple times they shut off electricity and water without notice. And they were always going up on rent when they never wanted to fix any problems the pool was always shut down I had mold in the restroom asked several times for them to fix it that's didn't get done I asked for my kitchen sink to be upgraded well that didn't happen either some of the maintenance people would just sit in their vehicles without doing anything but management said they were always understaffed and backed up with orders. There was drugs being sold at this apartment complex always gang violence I didn't even get my deposit back. Shootings alot too so if u have kids like I do don't go here they even stole the hood off my vehicle and they wouldn't do anything about it also they broke into another vehicle I had stole my radio battery catalytic converters. Management didn't do anything"

"Great place to move!!!! If you want to make great friends! Always throw up a "C" sign in your fingers and yell out "crip" to show love for the people in wheelchairs and wear blue bandanas but if you really want people to invite you to their house throw up a "B" symbol with your hands (it means bestfriend)"

"This place was a living nightmare. I should’ve known when I first moved in and saw used open needles on the ground in the parking lot. From having neighbors with roaches to then my apartment being infested, the staff could care less. I requested more than twice to get my door threshold to be fixed. Not once did I get a call or message that somebody in staff would be there. Nobody ever fixed it. I was lucky I had somewhere else to live, because I couldn’t even live in this apartment out of fear of roaches or bugs and the staff never addressing anything or fixing a single thing I requested. I put in multiple work orders for buy spraying, it did nothing because how could it? THEY COULDN’T even fix a threshold. I tried getting out but I would’ve had to pay the rest of my rent or wait till another available apartment was available to move into and risk paying more or paying the same thing with the same issues. I had to throw away $200 worth of food because I came home to over 4 crawling over my food in the pantry. ALL was sealed or in plastic bags, I was just simply disgusted and scared of something to bring them back to. My sealed fridge? Ha. A joke. Had a baby roach in the hinges seals of the fridge, more than once, may I add. I can deal with a lot. I can deal with neighbors arguing, a tough street and the cops in the courtyard getting called and seeing a brawl at 11 at night. What I can’t deal with, is a constant bug infestation. A total waste of money and time and one of THE ABSOLUTE WORST places I’ve ever stepped foot in."

"Never had roaches or rats or any other animals in my apt. Outside doesn't look so great but apts are good. Very cheap compared to these luxury apts that do have roach infestation and charge well over 1000 for a 1bedroom"

"If I could give them no stars I would! My boyfriend and I moved here almost 2 years ago and always paid rent on time, were quiet, and kept to ourselves. Recently, it seems like they just want to move people in so that they can get more money. They claim to do background checks but the people that moved in right under me we selling HEROIN!!! Cars are getting broken into almost every day, all kinds of ghetto people coming in and out of the complex, and drug use everywhere. If you have a family, especially small impressionable children don't move here because it's a terrible family choice. Someone got killed right in the parking lot not too long ago. He was shot right inside his truck. This place has gone downhill so fast and when we were trying to get out for safety reasons we got all kinds of attitude and BS. That's how they treat responsible faithful tenants. DON'T DO IT!"
