"Wonderful at first when you are applying Erica is friendly and the sweetest person you ever meet but if anything bad comes back on your credit check/rental history she becomes a whole different person. She is rude, talks ugly to you and doesn't want to speak to you unless your information comes back spotless. As a health care employee it's sometimes difficult to wait for a lease to end when you are traveling out of town constantly. I had to early terminate(6 months) my lease at a previous apartment complex gave my 60 day notice spoke to the girls in the office and piece of cake. Unfortunately since I did break my lease before my 13 month lease ended (2022) it was reported to my rental history cause there was a balance owed. Since they saw that they decided I wasn't good enough to lease with them even though my fiance was the primary in the application. They gave him the situation as per both Erica and Lydia of "you can live here but your fiance can't because of her history." If they were to find out I was living in the property with him he would be evicted. We both work in the medical field and wanted to lease with The Frame because of the convenience of being in the Medical Area but unfortunately they weren't willing to give us a chance. We both are very disappointed the way they handled our situation and hope next time they are more considerate of people."

"Scheduled a tour under their Self-guided Tour option. Even spoke to someone during he week about doing the self-tour on Sunday. I was told I would get a code to get into the model home. I got a text and email that both had links with instructions yet no code was provided. I troubleshooted for half an hour and gave up. I drove in from Austin primarily to tour this place. I am very upset that my time was wasted."

"The ladies are so sweet at the office- but our family chose to live here and pay $2,600/month to have a yrd for our pups and children. Since week 2 we have not had a usable yard due to poor drainage, no living grass or tree at move in. Adding to say: this has been going on now since summer (when it was too dry everywhere else- we had algae and bacteria). It is unsanitary living conditions and our service animal pup has had a paw infection for months and cannot visit patients. The kids have no yard and the front is all road with many cars: but we also pay$50/month in yard maintenance… The damages have been immense to us financially and otherwise living here."

We are super excited and love our home. If you’re looking for a townhome, this is it! We love all the amenities it offers especially the 24 hour gym. We can’t wait for the summer to enjoy that pool!"

"They made my application and move in process as smooth as can be. Sasha and Erica are always welcoming. The staff has been busy when I go in, with other people wanting to tour or needing their assistance but they have always made me feel like a priority when needing help or just stopping by to say hello and thank them for their dedication to making our moving experience great. Most communities communicate prior to your move in and then you can never get ahold of them after or they aren’t in, but I can call and know I will reach someone or go to the office and they are always there to assist. The community is beautiful, very clean and everyone has been so friendly and welcoming."
