"The burger was very good. Got the deluxe with all the toppings. The highlight though was the kindest, older woman who ran our order to us in the cold. She was a burst of energy and warmth."

"By far the worst Culver's I've ever been to. The food is overly greasy, it's slow, and people don't seem to understand the drive thru or line on the inside. Staff also doesn't seem to understand first come, first serve. Only thing worth while is soft serve. Otherwise, the hot food is the worst quality Culver's in my experience. I've been to many Culver's too, Monroe, Lake Geneva, Galena, Madison, Crystal Lake, Carbondale, ectopic. This one is consistently the worst and the least fresh, yet still busy."
