"The icy blocks in the road about took my tire right off the rim. I got it off my vehicle and dropped it off to Meineke. They had a good used tire the size I needed and had it mounted and balanced on the rim I provided. The whole ordeal took less than an hour and I was out the door for less than $85. They're awfully friendly in here too. No doubt I'll go back and see them. Just not real soon I hope."
"Worked with Tim and he was great. The customer service was fantastic. I'm not very knowledgeable with vehicles, but when he had the chance to charge me more for services I didn't need, he was up-front and said I didn't need it and saved me the money. They also helped me out last time I had a flat tire. Both times I was able to get the car in the same day, and both times I was calling with no more than a few hours on the clock."

They went above and beyond..this is the fourth time we've had this vehicle in for basically the same issue with the exhaust, to other places. the guy here who assessed the vehicle showed me what he thought had happened and showed me his plan to correct the issue and assured me it wouldn't happen again when he got done.. they even offered a loaner."
