"I have been with Parkway for about 3 years. Deon, Zee, Tasha, Jason, Cordelle, Tasha, and Fabian are awesome staff and maintenance. Work orders get done in a timely manner. This is a big complex so I know they do the best they can especially with what they have. I have never had any issues at all. They have community events from time to time to get to know the tenants. Deon and the staff do a great job as I’m sure it is hard enough. It’s a great location and as prices are going up, these apartments are affordable. The layouts are spacious as well as the walk-in closets. I have some really good neighbors here as well and it is quiet around here. All I hear is the sound of traffic and the train every now and then. This side of Perrin Beitel is a bit misunderstood and has a lot of great mom&pop places nearby as well. The staff and good neighbors make it easier to stay here. Thank you guys for all you do."

"this place is horrible..rodents, bugs, and office staff (not maintenance, they ACTUALLY work but are admittedly understaffed..no one wants to work on these apartments OBVIOUSLY) are all reasons to steer clear of this place. Staff are super quick to tell you what you're doing wrong but will sure drag their feet to come to your aid ever. I hardly ever need their assistance but when I do I'm met with alot of "brush-off" attitude but when talking about my rent there's alot to say apparently. do you and your family a favor...don't live here."

"They gave me a check list when I moved in and in another week it'll be a month to which no one has come to fix any of my issues. Upstairs neighbor has a leak which is leaking into the kitchen all over the cabinets and some of them are already moldy. There are other issues but this is the biggest one. My sink was also leaking hot water consistently so I've had to turn off the hot water but with the leak I really don't want to use or step foot in the kitchen, basically paying for an unusable kitchen. I've already gone to the office and let them know, maintenance has permission to enter my apartment but nothing seems to be fixed."

"I wanted to inquire about availability for a one bedroom. They don't seem to be very forgiving as far as past mistakes, regardless of how far back. I was upfront about a bankruptcy and eviction that I had years ago. Loss of employment due to illness has resulted in some difficult times. I was informed that it doesn't matter how long ago those things happened, you won't be accepted. I am glad I went before paying the fee for the online application. They should state this information upfront on the site since most complexes don't hold mistakes against you that may have been made decades ago."
