"I've been here for 2 weeks. The are is nice and staff are extremely kind. Very professional. If you communicate with them they will work with you. As for ad the inside of the apartment, I live in a 1 bed and bath. It is roomy and has everything you'll need. There is a pool area for each section, on site laundry area, and stackable washer/dryer in the apartment. I would recommend this place."

"Moved into these apartments, and all I can say is they are good the staff is friendly and nice, and they take care of business when it comes to something breaking inside the apartment pay your rent on time and you’ll be fine"

"I moved in right before Halloween and a big thank you to Valerie "manager" who showed me this apartment 2 weeks before I had to move out, I had a smooth process moving in. Since I been here I have had minor issues that got fixed with no hesitation. Maintenance really does show up and get the issues fixed. The staff "Valerie & Nelle" are really polite and courteous communication is the key."

"I’ve been here for almost 2 yrs now. I have had my vehicle towed twice each time due to the office not putting my information in the system correctly, they didn’t even offer to reimburse me for either time. As of 12/28/23 water was turned off without notice. I woke up 12/29/23 to take a shower and there was no water, I called the office to speak to someone at the answering service, didn’t get a call back at all. I called on my lunch and by luck spoke to the manager and she said she was sending out an email at that time informing residents that the water would be off but will be on from 8-9 pm on 12/29/23 for the residents and turned off again due to some water leak. As I sit here now writing this still no water is available to the residents. I will post an update."

"I currently live here and there has been nothing but problems with either the management or the apartment itself since I moved in. The first month here I couldn't receive my packages because management didn't input my information Into the system and it took weeks to get a single package. The apartment itself has reeks of w**d since the day i moved in, not from my own doing. After a month, my car was towed (they tow cars not in their system) because again, management input my information incorrectly. I paid $270 out of pocket to get it out. They got me a refund and an apology but I missed work because of the inconvenience and they couldn't do anything else for me. Since then, I've had Issues with roaches even though I'm charged a pest control fee, my apartment bathroom flooded at 11 at night and I can't find emergency maintenance phone number anywhere. I had to ask for a copy of my lease agreement. Save your time and go somewhere else. The manager is inexperienced and it shows."
