"I came home after a long day on Saturday, left the apartment at 4am and walked in at 8pm to this. I’m not sure how this can be livable for the next few days until office staff will be back in the office. Here is an update to this! It has been now almost a month, the apartment hasn’t fixed anything and there s now mold growing and they refuse to fix the mold. And they can only put me in a smaller apartment with a $350 increase in rent a month. I’m extremely unhappy with the outcome of this. I believe this is unlivable conditions. No one should have to live with mold growing from a water line that busted in a neighboring apartment unit."

"Ants infest nearly the entire complex, inside and out. raccoons are all over all trash dumpsters. Had my bike stolen and dumped on-property from infront of my apartment. management told me i could set it down on the side of the sidewalk in some grass infront of where my other bike was parked, then proceeded to have it towed anyways a day or two later. they write nothing down, so nothing can be held against them. Do no give these people your money or time."

"Where to start... the office staff is temp staffing so they don't care about your needs. The office won't ever answer the phone I have called 10 time in one day to still not get anyone to answer. To get any answers or help with the apartment, if you work a 9-5 you have to take time off of work to be able to live comfortable, just to talk to office staff. Today we are on 5 days without water to the units. I've lived here for 4 months and I haven't had A/C or Heat for more than 2 days in a row. My items get stolen off of my porch. My truck has been towed. And back to I have been without water for 5 days now."
