"Some years ago I brought my pickup here because it was bouncing and pulling to the left a little bit. It turns out it was only a rusty caliper, but instead of telling me that they sold me on over $2,000 of repairs involving the shocks and struts the rack and pinion etc etc. When it didn't solve the problem the guy laughed over the phone and diagnosed it as a Rusty caliper. I don't think I'll ever go back."

They then were able to order my part and fix it the same day. Instead of waiting there all day they offered to help me get a ride to my work place and pick it up later when it was ready.
