"I am a current resident here and only have lived here a yr. Once the manager left the place has gone down hill. Dumpster are more than half the time overflowing, water is always leaking outside somewhere on property. Water has been shut off now going on 2 days. No one from the office has left a note explaining why or given us a heads up that water was even gonna get shut off. To make matters worse their is never any body in office or answering phones. I'm stuck for now! but if u can find a better apt complex, that would be my suggestion."
