"I haven’t lived here very long, but I have nothing but good to say. All of the ladies in the office have been so kind! I worked mostly with Serena and Kelly and they’re awesome! As for the apartment itself, I don’t have any complaints. It was clean when I moved in and the lot seems to be very well kept."

"Be careful leasing with this complex! They'll entice you during a tour with a chimney and bay window, but that's NOT available in every unit! Also, our entire building has a roach infestation! And the leasing manager and worker FAILED to inform us before we signed, even though they knew beforehand about the problem and that we'd be in the building with the roach problem! Check out the other complexes around the area and avoid this one. Outdated oven and fridge!"

"I have had some small issues in my first apartment with the AC but they were right on. They were willing to get me a window unit so me and my family wouldn’t be so uncomfortable. I don’t know many apartment complexes that will do that. The office ladies are always so helpful and kind. When you go inside it doesn’t feel like a business atmosphere it’s like your talking to your friend or family members. I left and I came back to the same apartments because it feels like home and it’s so peaceful and pleasant and convenient."

"Started here may of 21'. It was great didn't have any issues at first. The ladies in the office are amazing and unfortunately this complex is just old and its out of their control. Started getting worse month 2 immediately. I was on third floor. Came home with hole in my ceiling and there was an active leak. Thought the contractors would fix the first time but nope 3 times later it probably got fixed. Wasn't about to stay any longer and find out. There was water stains all over the ceiling extending from beginning of bedroom door to the bay windows and all maintenance did the first time was paint over the stains which was likely mold at that point. Your mailboxes will get broken into. 4 times that happened in a year span.They can afford to paint all the buildings but can't afford cameras or a fence for the property. Your vehicle will get vandalized whether having your catalytic converter stolen or vehicle broken into. And please be careful at night, someone was robbed in middle of complex. Oh and 4th of July perrin central will sound like bombs are going off so be ready for that. Overall this place should be a zero, I never felt so unsafe in my living situation. The office staff is ONLY good thing about this place."

"2 month here: The doors could be in better conditions, theres a bit of a whole on the entry door and sometimes mosquitoes get inside. Overall, I like it here. It was clean when we got the apartment and administration is nice, when I ask for maintenance I get the work done fast. Edit* I lived for nearly a year, and it was a really nice experience, except for one time that they had the pool closed for like weeks with no explanation. I would recommend."
