"Good place to live if you are getting your first apartment. Staff is friendly and meets their tenants needs. Pool needs more shaded areas, the heat is blazing and when going to the pool they have no shade areas for tenants to stay cool. Flooring at the pool is rough and hurts feet, burning hot coming in and out of the pool with no shade area. Also no covered parking for tenants. Overall, you get what you pay for, offers no amenities but a quiet and good place to call home."

"I love my apartment. The layout, the wood floors, nice size rooms but THE STAFF IS AMAZING! Very kind, very attentive and personable. I really like all of them. My experience has been great so far. Anytime I need something fixed it is always done quickly. The maintenance people are professional, friendly, fast and thorough. The office staff is personable, professional and kind. Highly recommend."

"This place is just sad. The pictures online are not even close to reality. The paint is falling off, there's black stuff all over the roofs and walls, mattresses have been dumped and left by the dumpsters, the stair rails are covered in what appears to be mold, there are cars that haven't moved in months, and the security gate appears to not have moved in years. I felt unsafe just driving around."
