"Alice is the new manager there she is the worst manager I’ve ever had. She discriminates against the handicapped. She refused reasonable accommodations. All against Fair Housing. She ended my lease without telling me why cause she said she didn’t have too. I have never been late on my rent nor did I have rent violations. She had only been there a few months. Shame on her. Do not rent there if you have a disability."

"I have been here for 5 years and I can honestly tell you, I love living here. People are always quick to leave bad reviews. This place deserves to have good reviews. I’ve never had any issues living here at all. The maintenance men are great and get everything done as fast pace as they possibly can and are very helpful and sociable. The office staff have always been friendly. Shout out to Rita, Julie, Jeffrey,Renee and maintenance for making living here that much easy and comfortable. They try really hard to make our community a great place to live. They are so sweet with my kids and to me that is so important. They get involved in our community and try to help out as much as they can. They have give aways, donations from the food bank, after school program and offer when they can ice cream days and waffle breakfast. Pretty sure I’m not going anywhere for a long while! :)"
