"Currently live here. Only been here for a couple months and every issue I've come across, both the management and maintenence have been very prompt in getting things done. For anyone who says it takes a couple days for something to get fixed, those people need to understand that they are not the only ones living in the complex and they do have a line of work orders they need to get through and some fixes take longer than others so patience is key. Other than that I've been enjoying my time here."

"Worst place to live at!! AVOID THESE APARTMENTS!! worst management!! Roach infestation!! Building are extremely old, there one building that unleveled but they still have people living there. My unit had electrical issues that never got fixed. Management will try and charge you for every little thing even after you move out! If your a current resident or recently moved in . Take a picture and video of everything that's wrong in your unit or they will charge you for it!!!"

"I had looked at these apartments a year ago, read reviews and passed. But the new owners and management are professional, courteous and actually care about us as fellow people. They’ve made amazing renovations from what it was and it looks way better. And Brandon who took a question at 930 at night helped me resolve a Spectrum connection issue. For the size and price it’s hard to beat."

"While this is an older property and there will be some faults with it, I really appreciate the staff taking their time and prioritizing my needs to make it even better. It’s not a perfect building so don’t expect that but what you can expect is for the staff to be understanding and to work with you to fix the needs that you have. I would much rather live in a place that needs a little bit more work with the staff is willing to help me then live in a place that is considered perfect. The staff truly makes me feel like they care which is the first experience I have had with apartments in Texas. Normally my maintenance request are ignored until I make a scene. Here they complete them as fast as they can and have even asked how things are after the work order is done. The new management will turn this property around for the best!"
