"Terrible place to live. Got my plant shelf stolen from the second floor. Way to be respectful of other people's property. My apartment reeked of weed and smoke day and night. The roach infestation was disgusting. They alleged to have had the place taken care of before I moved in but it was INFESTED. All for a tiny overpriced 1 bedroom, no thanks. Could only bear it for a week but still had to pay the next month's rent before officially moving out. If you smoke and are dirty this is the perfect place for you. To the owner's reply: I did contact the office on the property and they didn't help. I asked Frankie if I could move out and have the amount prorated and they said no, I had to pay the full month and give a 30 day notice per the contract. I did that because I don't like leaving things halfway. Bummer you couldn't actually help me and are trying to do damage control."

"I’ve been here almost a year apt 304 I’ll give it five stars I call it the little casa Where you go to the paperwork & where the lady’s manage the property from .. the lady’s that did my paper work have very beautiful personalities great sense of humor they get the job done ASAP like Sarah and Vanessa and Lydia I don’t have nothing to complain about people mind their own business I like that you have free Wi-Fi they pay the water the trash we just got a pay the light a one bedroom is $699 I was upstairs I would kept on staying here but My boyfriend got another job another part of San Antonio but they really helped me and him out they are a blessing from God keep on doing A great job & here and there I will come and visit the little Casa ♥️♥️♥️ Sarah & Vanessa & Lydia thank yall so much♥️♥️♥️"

"The rent is doable, it is for the most part a quiet complex, the location is easily accessible to highways and major roads, bus lines and not no more than 10 minutes from downtown and shopping centers. -xXx"

"These apartments needs alot more refreshing up to do. Exciting looks of color, gates, outside wall rock wouldn't hurt a bit. The property could use a nice fun area for the children to relax from a hard day of school or weekend events."
