"Ms. Maria is one the best manager that I have ever had since living here. And I’ve been here since 2013. Maintenance staff is excellent. When I have any issues, it is done. She has done lots of improvements to the community. I would recommend Country Oaks to my friends and family."

"Horrible place to live! Lived there almost 3 yrs with mold and got sick with mold allergy. Also infested with roaches silverfish and termites. Earwigs everywhere biting you at night. Management is lazy and never fix anything! Lots of structural damage! Bath tubs are disgusting they just paint over all the nastiness from last tenant and paint chips off and you finally see how old and nasty tubs are. Don't move into building 9 it also leaks sewage from upstairs apt to downstairs Apts. Everytime my ac kicked on it smelled like human urine. Not to mention the disrespectful neighbors always smoking pot and stunk up my apt with my kids smelling it! Nasty place all around. These are just some pics of vents and walls cracked breaking apart! Oh and pics of me and my wife when we cleaned the mold ourselves and got sick."

"Worst apt building I ever lived in! Every apt is full of mold! Infested with roaches silverfish and termites! You'll be told Mold is your problem. Apt smelled like sewage all the time from sewage overflow outside my daughter's bedroom window! Nothing gets fixed! Management never does anything and is super lazy. Only person that actually cares is her husband Chris. Lived there for almost 3 yrs and problems got worse! Especially the mold in bathroom and vents! When I finally cleaned the mold myself I got sick with horrible mold allergies. Face swelled up my eyes hurt so bad it was horrible! Don't move here cause even after them knowing about why we were moving out they still charged us with $1888 for broken leade and never got out $300 deposit back. If you're smart you'd stay away from these apts."
