"Trash all the way around parking sucks the people at the apartment suck the people that live in the apartments suck they don't know how to park management never around hot water always off stray dogs all over the place ready to bite someone"
"We keep asking to fix things, they never get to it. We had no hot water for 2 months and our fridge didn’t work for 2 weeks."
"No running hot water for 2 months now, fridge was replaced with another that just the same ( freezes over) water leak under kitchen floor smells like sewage. Manager is never present and owner/ slumlord won't fix anything but yet is leasing apartments without hot water and some with No Fridge at all. But they are quick to collect rent. I gave it one star only cause I couldn't post without rating"
