"I have been living here two years without heating and office staff and maintenance don't want to fix anything. I've been calling the office and getting the same response with an attitude and management hangs up the phone. Strict with the rent but won't take work orders seriously, parking lot and dumpsters flooded with trash. People that don't live here take up parking. My ac won't work as well and they don't take priority in fixing it. Don't recommend this place."

"I've Try my best to be as patient as possible but I've been without ac since may I've been without a boiler since last winter I have to keep pressing the reset every time i want hot water 2 broken sinks the light from my kitchen has been out not to mention the floor is unstable from the master room and kitchen I've called in work orders and nothing I honestly don't think I can renew my lease for another year."

"We were visiting my sister and we were trying to eat on the balcony but the Meth heads that slip Thru the fence from the back property are just so aggressive the complex really need to fix the fence and get rid of the Meth dealer that lives on the property it's now e Meth Heaven!! If you have security then you should know that you have Plenty of Drug activitie on YOUR PROPERTY AND THEY ARE VERY AGGRESSIVE WHEN ASKED TO DO THEIR EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITY ELSEWHERE 'SMH""

"Awful place to live. Apartments supposed to have central Air Conditioner but you go look around and several units have window Air Conditioner. Some tenants have dogs and there is a lot of dog poop around on the grass. You call maintenance and they never give you a call back after you leave a message and they never answer the phone. Worst Management"

"Don’t rent here they don’t fix anything and say it’s not priority, how is my ac not working not priority when I have a new baby along with 2 other children in this Texas heat, my light in my 2nd room doesn’t work my dryer plug went out my garage disposal doesn’t work/ the sink doesn’t drain the ac leaks in my 2nd bathroom but all these ain’t priority, if I could leave no stars I would! This place suckssss!!! They change management like they change underwear!"
