"DO NOT RENT HERE. THEY ARE FULL OF LIES. THEY OVERCHARGE AND COME UP WITH THERE OWN CHARGES THEN CHARGE LATE FEES UNTIL YOU CANT CATCH UP AND WHEN YOU TRY TO MAKE A DEAL EVEN WHEN I HAVE YET TO SEE AN ACTUAL BILL SHOWING THE USAGE FOR THE MONTH I OWE IM CONSTANTLY SEND AN ITEMIZED STATEMENT WITH THERE INFORMATION ONLY. ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE YET WE ARE CHARGED EVERY MONTH FOR EXTERMINATION/ MORE STRAY CATS THAN I CAN COUNT IT SMELLS LIKE CAT AND MOLD. MOLD IN OUR AC UNIT MOLD ON ALL THE VENTS / electric outlets loose fire hazard. 311 has been called multiple times due to no hot water!! These apartments are the worst I’ve ever lived in. STAY AWAY FROM HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT WHATSOEVER management changes every other month as well so every time you bring an issue up no one knows what’s going on. Update now we’re leaking and have a huge hole hazard!!!!!"

"I have lived here for 13 months and in that time the water has been turned off once a week for "repairs", management has been changed 3 times, and the cost of utilities has heavily increased. The phone line also does not work, so the last two times that the water has been shut off, and were trying to reach someone for reassurance, we were left to wait for the water to eventually return. The utilities are divided by all the residents, and the nonfunctioning outside light fixtures are also charged to the residents. There are pests and stray cats on the property everywhere you look."

"I can see my upstairs from my downstairs from water damaged they won’t fix it the denied my emergency housing to pay my rent for no reason my belongings got damaged and they don’t care nor will replace any of my belongings I can’t even shower no maintenance has came giving the situation I’ve heard from other tenants that they also can see there upstairs due to a large whole from water damage they have humongous water roaches and with this weather it’s been terrible there literally on every step sink is clogged garbage disposal still hasn’t got fixed I wish wish I never rented here terrible don’t recommend need to be closed the new management isn’t worth a shii she’s rude as heck. I think with everyone who had the same problems let’s TAKE THEM TO COURT not them take us there’s enough of us to shut this complex down."

"Not worth it. They hound you for rent & any little fee but refuse to fix anything. Moved into apartment with a list full of problems, was assured everything will be fixed a month in & I’ve seen maintenance twice. Can’t use shower because it leaks, electrical is shot & a fire hazard, staff in front do not care."

"Let's start with the original staff moved me in to a unit they knew couldn't hold water ! literally!! Second I'm glad I kept all my receipts and printed out my lease . Please get renters insurance. Transitioning we were out up in a hotel for the leaking and no A.C. temps 80 plus ! Yes they tow ! Parking sticker or not . Just have the 250 ready as like a "Welcome to the neighborhood fee " You tell the staff "my problem is X,Y,Z " - their response "that's not priority " Long story short it took the city to somewhat make them understand this is definitely not OK! Long story short the staff was and still is upset ! Moved out with the pictures above( they blocked my pics!) Hehe in AUGUST!!!! 2023 !! And of course their attitude got prissy and mines didto .now I'm looking at a synergy bill of $2k. For rent I paid and damages I couldnt stop ! . Side note drug users and squatters break in to the vacanct apt in the back lock yo cars and buy a wifi camera ! Good luck"
