"I had above and beyond EXCELLENT customer service from the property manager Jessica. I was having difficulties applying online and I spoke with Jessica about it. She set up a time for me to meet up with her to try to resolve the issues that I was experiencing and she was able to fix the issue. Frank is the on-site maintenance and we also received very good customer service from him as well. He was very knowledgeable about the property The property is very well maintained, clean, and quiet. There is on-site laundry as well as a dog park. The unit itself was clean and very nice/ cozy. The area is nice and close to HEB, WALMART, and Target. Also has easy access to both I-35 & loop 410 and is close to Fort Sam Houston as well as minutes from Downtown."

"Identity was stolen and 20k from this apartment building showed up in collections. They don't answer the phone. Idk how anyone racks up that kind of money. It will be rectified. I live in Florida. I've never lived in Texas. Please give me a call back. You also don't have a voicemail."

"Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. The manager (Taylor) will not answer your calls, texts or emails. He ignored me for weeks until I showed up in person and was very rude. The apartment itself was falling apart. Degrading stairs, mold, cigarette odor/stains, paper thin walls and gun shots almost every night. The bedroom and bathroom doors wouldn’t close from a poor foundation and typical apartment paint job. Multiple tenants sell drugs and throw loud parties on weekdays until the early morning. THIS IS NOT A GOOD OR SAFE APARTMENT. SAVE YOUR TIME/MONEY AND MOVE ON. This is a bad apartment, run by worse people."
