"I can only said that the new staff that they have are very bad. By the entrance they have a big hole and that is not the only one they have on the property, they have like 3 to 5 holes in total. Those holes has been for a long time now and they haven’t do anything to fixed. The new woman that it’s at the desk attending all the residents and new people has a bad attitude. To sum all this up the new manager is not good at keeping this property in good condition. The apartments need new persons to be in charged and make sure they all do they work right."

"We’ve lived here almost a year and so far have only good things to say. No pest issues, no noise complaints, and staff is very communicative and quick to answer the phone. The complex is a little old so the paint is chipping and the pavement cracked, but nothing is unsafe and they’re fairly quick to fixing whatever needs to be fixed. We plan to renew our lease soon :)"

"I moved a few months ago and I can't complain about anything. When I place a service request, maintenance is quick to fix any issue...even amidst the pandemic stress. The office staff is very friendly and professional. Leasing my apartment went very smoothly as did move-in day. Seamless. It is quiet here and I don't have to park very far when I come home from work late at night. They also have garbage pickup very frequently, unlike my last apartment that only had a pickup on Thursday morning. All in all, I've had a pleasant experience and will definitely be renewing at the end of my lease term."

"September 2020: Update on original review: I have been here for 2 years now and have renewed my lease for a third year. I do not post a lot of reviews, but this place is a wonderful place to live. I have been very happy. I have to wonder if the one bad review was posted accidentally for the wrong apartments? I have never had any trouble here. Very rarely do I have to call maintenance. The last time was because the bulbs burned out in the lights on the vaulted ceiling. They came and replaced the bulbs immediately. Neighbors are quiet and peaceful. If you are a working professional like me, this place is perfect. February 2020: Update on original review: I have lived here now 1 year and 4 months. It is the perfect place to live! The neighborhood is still peaceful and quiet, yes - even on a Saturday night! My apartment is clean, quiet, and pest free. I've only had to call maintenance a couple of times and they came immediately every time and fixed the very small issues right away! They replaced the batteries in my smoke alarm and fixed my blinds. The office even had my carpets cleaned for free when I asked. I have been very, very happy here. March 2019: Ive lived here 6 months now: The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, even on Saturday night! My apartment is clean and relaxing, no pests. I have only had to call maintenance one time in six months (today); i stopped up my disposal. The gentleman from maintenence arrived quickly, was curteous, worked fast, and fixed it perfectly. My neighbors are all quiet and respectful. I have been very happy here."

"Living at Avistar in 09 has worked out really well. Avistar is in Terrell Heights, which is an extremely convenient neighborhood for people like us without a car. It's just a short walk to both Target and Gold's Gym, with short bus rides to both Central Market and H-E-B. We also have close proximity to multiple bus routes to both Alamo Quarry Market and The Shops at Lincoln Heights. Avistar itself is very quiet, beautifully landscaped, with an amazing amount of large mature trees filled with colorful birds. The people who live here are friendly and diverse. Jeffrey, the Property Manager, gets things done and is a true professional. He is continually upgrading the apartment complex with significant improvements that affect our lives in very positive ways. Jeffrey's maintenance staff is hard working and responsive, and he has the Office running smoothly and efficiently. Besides being a great place to live, living at Avistar in 09 makes us feel safe and secure, knowing that Jeffrey really cares about all his tenants, taking time out of his busy day to listen to any issues that may come up. We love that Jeffrey wants to make Avistar in 09 truly feel like home."
