"I never leave bad reviews but ever since the old property manager left, this place has gone DOWNHILL. Horrible management. They will take forever to answer your questions and solve no issues. AC is always breaking and leaking. Apartment will smell like mildew. They will cancel out your maintenance tickets and won’t tell you why. The one time you actually need to utilize the towing company and they have their contract on hold with them so the towing company won’t send anyone out. Homeless people are constantly dumpster diving and cars getting broken into. I have tried to be understanding but everyday it’s something more and more frustrating."

"My previous review was deleted, however I will continue to post my experience. I had lived at this complex from 2018-April 2023. I had to sleep outside of my home two months before my lease was up because we had no consistent air conditioning for three weeks. Because of that, my home developed black mold on the vents and even in some closets and in the bathroom. The best they did was wipe down the vents, and gaslight me. I have asthma, and was coughing up blood from excessive coughing. I spent about three weeks trying to move my things into a storage unit and was also trying to get my last month of rent waived. I had a doctors note with a diagnosis directly traced back to the environment I was sleeping in. I communicated constantly with not only management, but the corporate office. Not once did I get an apology, sympathy, or even an email response at times. I couldn’t believe how heartless a company could be. The units still don’t have working AC, and it has been about four months. This complex depends on one single chiller, there are no individual units. It breaks down often, and inconveniently. Little to no compensation is offered. Nor an apology or even accountability. I obviously had to break my lease, ONE MONTH EARLY, mind you I previously paid for a month I didn’t even sleep there, and even with me paying my debts on time which was worked out with Brenda the leasing manager, they still sent my bill to collections. All though it’s been resolved I Am very much still disappointed with this complex. The first four years were heaven, the apartment manager at the time was truly a kind woman, who communicated with us. And also made sure the grounds were kept for. Once we got a new apartment manager last year, which we never knew their name, who they were, etc it’s been a mess. Sabrina the new apartment manager came to the complex around April, and all though she introduced herself through email. She failed to listen or properly manage any complaints or concerns we had. DONT MOVE HERE. Affordable yes, but you’ll spend more money on renting hotel rooms in the summer, medical expenses, etc."

"I lived at this complex for 4 years. I was waiting till I was completely moved out to write this review. The first 3 years were okay. Courtney was our property manager and she’s amazing. The property is old so of course there were problems but Courtney always handled everything fast & was so kind. The new property manager, Sabrina, is the complete opposite. The entire complex was without AC for WEEKS during 100° weather. It started going out in April, was completely out most of May & still hasn’t been permanently fixed. She hardly communicated to us the whole time & when she did, it was just lies about when it would be fixed. It was over 100° in everyone’s apartment and they didn’t care at all. The place is ran on a chiller system so everyone shares AC. They’re still using just a temporary chiller that goes out frequently. I feel so bad for everyone that is still having to live there. Sabrina is rude, unprofessional, & unhelpful. The maintenance takes forever to get fixed, if at all but I don’t blame the maintenance man. He’s having to service the entire complex alone & Sabrina puts all blame on him. Corporate is just as useless. My neighbors and I sent countless emails and phone calls to corporate while the AC was out with no responses. We made police reports, called the city, and the news. I have been contacted by several companies/vendors that have told me they are owed money by this complex’s managing company, Foresight Asset Management. So they don’t even pay their vendors. Let’s not forget there’s a huge black mold problem as well as daily water leaks. When I moved out, I had a remanding balance and they wouldn’t send it to me. It took me going into the corporate office myself for them to print me a check. Please do not move here. They lie, scam, and steal. I KNOW the apartments are cheap for the area & size of the apartment but it isn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"If I could give zero stars I would! I had lived on this property for just about 6 years and the first 5 years were decent. The property is old so there was some sacrifice but the old manager cares for her residents and it felt like a community. Over the last year they brought on a new manager, shut down the leasing office, replaced the maintenance staff, and then replaced the new manager with a new new manager. With the chiller unit controlling everyone’s heat/AC and the office staff being non reachable the chiller has been neglected causing it to brake time after time. Then the plumbing has been a constant issue as well. It has caused the AC to leak, the laundry room to be closed and the pool to have sanitary concerns. Not to mention every other week the residents have no hot water. They are horrible at communicating and when they do it’s very nonchalant. The units are infested with house roaches and ants and they don’t pay their vendors so those fees you pay that are included in your rent become obsolete because you don’t receive the services. If you can avoid this place at all cost, you deserve better for the amount of money you end up paying!"

"I normally don’t bother writing bad reviews for business’ but I’m at a loss for words for how this apartment complex has handled the very pressing issues that has occurred. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and frankly, cruel treatment I’ve been subjected to the almost one year I’ve been living in this complex. We’ve been without AC for over 5 weeks now with no compensation or level of compassion whatsoever, as the summer is approaching it’s becoming more and more unbearable just to be home. It’s pretty safe to say I will not be renewing my lease, and if you’re someone looking for a place and browsing this complex as your choice; please learn from my mistake and choose elsewhere."
