"I have just signed my second 15 month lease with these apartments. I have had water issues stemming from the upstairs. Robert ( general manager) has always responded quickly to take care of me. I’ve never had any pest problems. I love living here. I’m close to shops and work. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. David Gonzales is the reason I chose to rent here. He really sold it!!"

"Overall, I had a great experience at this apartment complex at my 7 year tenure here. There have been some great socializing events and events for the children hosted by management. Regardless of what issues or concerns I had, they were all addressed appropriately in the most efficient time. From management to maintenance, everything and everyone was awesome. This place has really grown since I first moved here. Crystal has been here since I moved in and she has really been a wonderful manager! She is very hospitable , caring and kind!!! She is definitely an asset to Oakhampton Place."

"Please Read Before Renting We stayed in Apartment 1505 for a year and had continuous problems for 6 MONTHS! From the beginning we had a roach issue and by the other reviews, so do most tenants. Pest Control came twice and it didn’t make much of an impact. Upon move in, we had no access to the outdoor storage. It wasn’t until 3 weeks later they rekeyed the door and found that the water heater from upstairs had leaked and broken through the ceiling. We couldn’t use it until it was fixed. In December 2022 our toilet, sinks, and tub would back up with water, even when it wasn’t in use. Maintenance came out so many times and claimed the lines were clear only for it to happen again the next few days. January of 2023 we had large volumes of water flood into the apartment through a pipe in the ac closet. To date, we’ve had the apartment flood 20+ times with DIRTY water. Once again, we’ve had these issues since January, a plumber wasn’t hired to fix the issue until May/June. Apartment 1505 is bound to have water damage and/or mold issues. We have photos, videos, emails and text messages to prove every claim. There were days we weren’t notified of the water being shut off and went +24 hours without water. We were told not to wash clothes in our own apartment until it was resolved, we went 3 months without being able to wash in our own apartment. The only options given to us were to move out early or switch apartments. These options were given in APRIL (started in January) and wasn’t realistic for us when we would be moving out of the state in July. We’ve had to throw out rugs, toys, even our tv stand has water damage now. If they offer you this apartment (#1505) PLEASE make sure all the pipe/mold issues have been addressed. The gates are a whole separate issue. They are ALWAYS down. They stay open for weeks and invite unwanted guests. The tenants who lived above us moved out 4 months into their lease, two of their motorcycles were stolen while the gates were down. It takes weeks for them to have someone fix the gates. Please do not blindly rent from this property. Edit to add since the office wants to respond without giving any context. 1. The property manager gave his personal number towards the last month and a half because the plumbers shut off our water for over 24 hours. He came to us apologizing and said he didn't know the water was even off. He gave his number in case it happened again and asked us to update on any future flooding, which we did. We never asked for his number. 2. We used the neighboring unit's washer and dryer on two separate occasions towards the end when we couldn't use our own. 3. I never said the property wouldn't pay for what was water damaged. Only that this could've been prevented if it was dealt with in a timely manner, not 6 months later. 4. We were offered another apartment but it would be at OUR OWN expense since WE would be the ones moving everything. OakHampton wouldn't be losing any money, they were offering the same size apartment. All of these are bare minimum offerings from the property. Our rent was never reduced, we paid on time like every tenant, we never gave the staff issues beyond what was out of our control. We were more than patient with this property."

"I have been living here with my husband for 5 months, this was our very first move and I couldn’t have been happier to live here. I have heard so many horror stories about moving into a apartments or the maintenance but the people here especially the front desk /office are amazing and kind and always ready to help, FAST!! They are also pet friendly which is a major plus. The maintenance here is spectacular, everything is clean and kept neat. And my view from my 2 balconies are beautiful."
